(The presentation of my free webinar starts at the 2 minute marker in the video -- in case you want to fast forward. Just an FYI.)
From the caregiving days when helping my parents, I learned the importance of planning ahead for the advanced years.
Growing older influences change in the body, mind, activity levels, fitness, lifestyle and more. And all those impact our living choices, financial matters, driving abilities, relationships, mental health and support options.
The potential effects of aging drive our urgency to prepare. And after helping a parent or a friend, it forces us to look at our own situation. That's what happened to me.
Have you thought what you will do if you can't drive or if you cannot take care of yourself? Making decisions, identifying choices and finding ways to stay safe and independent lay ahead in the years to come. It's easier if we just ignore them for a bit longer... until something happens.
So, why aren't people talking or planning for the future? For one, it's difficult and uncomfortable. However, the sooner we do, the sooner we'll feel more prepared and have peace of mind.
It started here. Everyday when moderating the group, I read about the challenges, the difficult ones most people deal with every single day.
The toughest ones
Because of this group, plus, receiving hundreds of questions from readers and followers via email, I've created a digital course that helps individuals plan for the future.
It's the same plan I used for my own aging. However, in the course I added research I've done over the years and then created roadmaps, timelines, and queries to make it easier for you to follow along and design a plan that best suits your ideal lifestyle. I don't tell you what to do, just how to it step by step.
When you watch the video of my free masterclass, you will grasp a full understanding of what the course offers.
Thank you for watching and let me know if you have questions!
